About Me:

I started blogging after my son was diagnosed with heterotaxy and severe CHD while still in utero. After sharing our experience with his life and passing, I've found I enjoy writing and blogging as a way to express myself. I write about various topics of interest to me, from pet ownership, gardening, cooking, health, breastfeeding advocacy, medical topics related to CHD and heterotaxy, my photography, and more.
