The Tax Man Came

I had back-to-back group coaching calls all day long. I was coaching people on emotional resilience and the way to improve their thinking patterns and it was not until 4:30 p.m. that I was able to pick up my messages. “Kim, my name is Daniel and I'm calling from the City of Vaughan Tax Department.
