Some days you have to just call it what it is... a slip up day. No one said eating Gluten free was easy and on the average day I would say I eat 90-95% Gluten Free. But today there was Gluten in every meal I eat. But as the night ends I am reminding myself that tomorrow is another chance to make different decisions.
