About Me: 

I'm an accidental blogger, Cajun, Apple fan girl and weather nerd. I'm also a widow. My husband died from an accidental fall in March of 2009. I started my blog long before my husband died, but it has turned into an outlet for my grief. My father died 9 months and 1 day after my husband, and I have continued to use my blog as therapy. It has also opened the door to many new and lasting friendships, and without those people I wouldn't be here today.
