I'm okay with Accidental Alpha - just don't let me turn into Ward Cleaver.

It's taken me quite a long time to be willing to talk about my situation publicly.  Given what I do for a living (I'm an executive coach) I have felt that I might be criticized or considered an imposter for not having my personal life all figured out.  I have felt embarrassed - mostly because of the money issues that have accompanied our shift from a two-income to a one-income family, but also because I have not known how to answer the "what does your husband do?" question comfortably.  And I've felt a  Read more >
