Marathon Training: Weekly Workout Recap

I think it was a week or two ago that I said to Mike that I felt like my fitness was worse than it was in July. I was feeling pretty bummed about training hard all summer and feeling like my times were getting slower and slower. Well it finally seemed to all click.
