I don't have much to say, but I think this weekend was everything I needed it to be. I'm ready to get back into everything this week. I'm going to achieve things at work, go to the gym at least 4 times, cook dinner (no buying takeaways) AND keep the house tidy. Wow, can you see the dedication - a whole four posts before I lost interest. Four whole posts filled with such enthusiasm. And over 100 reads on each of them. Definitely not what I'd expected. Even if they were just 100+ people who clicked on the pags and then clicked away I don't care! 100+ people, or 400+ people (depending on how you want to look at it) were exposed to words that I strung together.  Read more >

As if a great weight was lifted from upon her shoulders

I have very little to say tonight except that it worked. It actually worked! I have not been tired ALL DAY. ALL DAY! I was almost chipper for most of today. Even after a lunch of salt and pepper squid with chips and low-carb beer, watching all of my colleagues fall asleep in their half-eaten burgers, I still wasn't tired. It was brilliant! I've downloaded the visualisation so that hopefully I can listen to it in its entirety tonight. The first day in two weeks without crippling fatigue. I could jump for joy.  Read more >

Morning Glory

I am absolutely astounded at our Prime Minister's ability to take questions, talk about the topic but not actually provide any answers. It's definitely a skill. I attempted the visualisations last night, unsuccessfully. The CD that came with the book was corrupted beyond belief and about 3 minutes in it started skipping, jumping and pausing all over the place.  Read more >
