I like to work...I do...I want to work...I do...I just can't do the 9 to 5 Monday-Friday thing. I never did...and then I did briefly...and now I don't. So I talk about it. I talk about how I don't understand why working part-time means 20/hours a week as an admin to most employers. I talk about what it's really like to work from home. I talk about why flexibility in the workplace is important and it's where the work world is headed...albeit kicking and screaming. I also am trying to bring the work world there faster and created a job board with vetted companies on it that already have workers who happily work more flexibly than the average bear.
