Detox Diet - A Messy Ending

So I kind of killed my first detox diet. I'm not good at the dieting, nevermind the fact that this was my first time. It wasn't bad but Fiancé teased me with some cheese Tuesday night as I cooked dinner. About Me: 

I'm a late 20 something blogger currently living on the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland passionate about healthy living, running and anything fitness related. I'm no gym junkie by any means but I do get excited about sharing my struggles with balancing a love of food and fun with running and fitness. 

For fun I run (marathons, road races aplenty!), do yoga, read, and enjoying managing social media networks and blogging. I have an unhealthy addiction to shopping (<3 Lululemon), Apple products and bad television.

I appreciate all four seasons, a good cup of tea, chick lit, trashy television and the feel of a new pair of sneakers when you take them out for their first run. I loathe narrow minded people who don't listen, people who eat loudly and inconsiderate drivers.
