Ann Bernard

When I was a little girl I used to stay awake at night thinking about different businesses I wanted to start and stories I wanted to write. I grew up and in High School I fell in love with the Marine Corps.  I wanted adventures. I wanted to be challenged and I wanted to travel. I stayed in the Corps for 10 years, but eventually, I realized it was time for me to move on. It was time for me to spread my wings and fly!! I started my first business.  Unfortunately I didn't fly very high...I failed. After the first business - I failed a few more times.  My life experiences have lead me to creating the Loop of Confidence - an action driven process that is guaranteed to help you build impeccable self-confidence.  I've been through thick and thin but I've never given up...I know what it takes and I know how to help you get it!!

I’ve had my share of self-image issues…but I didn’t allow them to stop me because I had so much self-confidence in myself.  I realized at a very young age through some dramatic events that I shouldn’t live my life based on other people’s opinions or expectations.  I also had to fend for myself pretty early on so I quickly learned just what I was made of and capable of doing....more

Actions Not Taken

What do you find yourself most sorry for:  Actions taken or actions not taken? Your level of confidence has a lot to do with whether you are or are not taking actions.  And whether you are or are not taking actions; there are consequences and outcomes. The Key Ingredients to Developing Impeccable Self-Confidence

Developing impeccable self-confidence is a process; there are no quick answers or short cuts to developing TRUE self-confidence.  I say this because it really bothers me when I come across sites that recommend things like: smiling more, making eye contact, working out and never leaving the house without looking your best, as means to building your self-confidence.  Doing all of those things is really good for your self-esteem and your self-worth but they are not true confidence builder....more
