About Me: 

Chez Loulou is a collection of tales about my life in a tiny village in rural France. I write about the food and wine of France, travel experiences around Europe, share recipes of my favorite sweet and savory dishes, post photos of the stunning scenery and charming vignettes I stumble across daily and give advice on how to tackle the endless challenge of French bureaucracy. It also includes cheese. Lots of cheese. In April of 2007 I started a project to taste each and every kind of French cheese.
