Ilva Beretta

I'm Swedish but have been living in Tuscany since 1994. Blogging has changed my life since I started in 2005, not only have I found a lot of new friends from all over the world but I have also changed career, now I work as a fulltime food photographer.  My food blog is called Lucullian Delights and that's where I post my recipes and a lot of photos. You can also find me at Plated Stories, a creative collaboration between me and food writer Jamie Schler.

Radio waves in the night – Chocolate and Matcha Tea Cake

One night, not long ago, I was out driving in my car. It was dark and on a whim I put the car radio on medium wave and suddenly I was transported in time back to when I... A ramble and Oven-baked Carrot and Butternut Squash Soup With Caraway Seeds
