My areas of expertise includes board development and strategic planning and using technology and social media for nonprofits. My consulting includes design and facilitation of board retreats and workshops designed for nonprofits and speaking. My workshops cover such topics as Strategic Planning, Online Fundraising and Social Networking for Nonprofits, and The Nonprofit Board - Basic Roles, Responsibilities and Emerging Trends for the 21st Century. Five of my articles, " Your Website and Strategic Plan Working Together," “The Search for an Executive Director”, "Planning a Board Retreat," "Host a Board Recruitment Event" and "The Board and Fundraising - from Fantasy to Reality" have been published in Charity Channel’s Nonprofit Boards and Governance Review.  My articles are included in the npgoodpractice.org and Network for Good online databases.

I am a trustee on the boards of Community Agencies Corporation of NJ and Protestant Community Centers, Inc. My consulting work is a commitment to service.
