I was a homeschooling mom of two kids. We started homeschooling in ’99 but in ’09 our last child went to the local public school. Life was crazy as homeschoolers and it still never stops running out of control.
I’m a mid to late 40ish, college educated professional, that put it all aside to raise our kids. While it may have taken me a couple of years to accept calling myself a ‘homemaker’, I’ve never regretted the decision to stay home. Now I'm trying to decide what I want to do when I grow up, and I'm not sure.
I’m a non-religious and liberal, and I still have many habits that I developed as a homeschooler.
