Growing up I can't remember feeling strongly about beauty. It was just never my thing. When I was really little, I remember crying hysterically when my mom made me wear a dress. I wasn’t the most popular girl in the class, and I certainly wasn’t the prettiest. Looking back at what I put my hair through would make any woman who knows anything about beauty want to cringe.
