My name is Merritt. I laugh in socially awkward situations, I'm politically incorrect, I'm kind of a bitch and I swear a lot. I suck at crafting and my parenting skills are questionable at best. I’m fairly certain that my kids are headed for serious long-term therapy because of the aforementioned stellar parenting, but I figure if you end the day with the same number of kids as you started the day with, you can chalk it up to a success. My family is a little more “Osbournes” than “Osmonds”, which is just fine by me because the Osmonds suck.

I’m a rocker mom, which is kinda like a soccer mom, but way cooler (or so I like to I tell myself). I don’t drive a mini-van and I swear like a trucker and smoke like a chimney quit smoking and now I'm even more cranky, which is probably why the PTA moms never invite me to weekly coffee or let me drive in the car pool.
