About Me: 

I work in Facilities Engineering as a CAD/CAFM Tech and have been blogging since Spring of 2005. I'm also a freelance published author, technical editor and proofreader (eNewsletters, eZines, hard copy magazine and texts).

I am a Mom of one (so far, another boy on the way!), a lover of puns and other bad jokes, and am married to a wonderful hippy-looking-Brit-ex-pat-half-paddy. I conduct an annual design/engineering salary survey and draw out gender differences as well as make pointed comments about invisible disabilities (such as Myasthenia Gravis and rheumatoid arthritis).
