Summer is the time for culture camps designed to present some bits of first country culture to international adoptees. Some people think culture camps are great. Some people don't. Last summer, our family attended an Ethiopian culture camp in Wisconsin. For the most part, it was great. Most importantly, Violet and Blueberry had a great time.What was great about culture camp for us?For Blueberry, who's not Ethiopian-born, camp was fun for the time she spent with friends, for the time she spent in the lake, and the dance party one night.
