We're Adults, So Stop Bullying Me Online!

Dear Mouthy Housewives,A woman I've known online for years has recently started bullying me. She leaves fairly nasty comments on all of my Facebook and Twitter updates. She's not overtly mean, but she says things in a passive-aggressive way, like: "I remember when those pants were in style! Good for you for bringing them back!" when I post a selfie. I'm a little scared of her, to be honest, because she has no filter and is maybe not altogether sane. How can I distance myself from her without her noticing?Signed,Am I in Junior High Again?!...more

My Mother-in-Law Won't Apologize!

Dear Mouthy Housewives,I've recently had some upset with my MIL.  Although I have apologized for my part of the disagreement, she is incapable of saying the words, "I'm sorry." What's the deal with people who can't say I'm sorry—like ever?!  And how do I restore good family relations when she won't do her part to smooth things over and move forward? ...more

I'm Gonna Get You, Sucka

Dear Mouthy Housewives, My three-year-old just suddenly started the very gross habit of sucking on his shirt. Like all the time. He has never had sensory issues or anything like that. Should I worry? Or is it just a phase? Signed, Worried MotherSucker...more

I'm Nervous To Give My Child More Freedom

Dear Mouthy Housewives, Last Friday night, my husband and I took our 12-year-old son out for ice cream. We were waiting in line and suddenly, his face turned red and he bolted out of the store. We chased after him and, with tears in his eyes, he told us he saw a pack of classmates come in and he was embarrassed to be with us. He then said he feels like we treat him like a baby and he wants to be dropped off at the mall like the other kids. I'm not sure he's quite ready for this, but how do I know for sure? I don't want to be overprotective, either. ...more

Help! My Friend Is Gluten-Free, but I'm Not!

Dear Mouthy Housewives,I'm going on vacation with my friend, and she's gluten-free, which drives me crazy because it's all she talks about. Is that Botox or Is Your Face Frozen?

Dear Mouthy Housewives, My friend has been overdoing the Botox lately. She's a beautiful woman but it's becoming hard to recognize her. Her face doesn't move. I asked her once about it and she claims that she doesn't have anything done. Should I just drop it? She's not looking great anymore. If You're a Distracted Driver, You Can't Drive My Kid!

Dear Mouthy Housewives, My 10-year-old daughter’s friend invited her and a few other girls to go away with her family for part of spring break. They are driving to the family’s weekend home that is a few hours away. My daughter really wants to go, and I think it sounds like a great trip, but I know that the mom has a habit of texting while she’s driving. I was in her car once and it made me very uncomfortable, although I did not say anything to her....more

I'm Single, But Please Don't Make Me Mingle

After being married for five years, I am newly single. I am getting used to this new life, but the problem is my well meaning friends. They are married, and they are constantly encouraging me to date. I don't want to date. I have a toddler who keeps me busy. The idea of dating just doesn't appeal to me. Should I Feel Bad Because I Have a Housekeeper?! My MIL Thinks So!

Dear Mouthy Housewives, I have a housekeeper come clean my house two times a month. It's a luxury, I know, but I'd rather spend $100 to get my house cleaned than get a massage or a new outfit. It seems like no big deal to me, but my mother-in-law is constantly making snide remarks that a SAHM shouldn't have to pay someone to clean her house. It's really annoying and I try to not let it bother me, but ultimately it does. Any advice on a good comeback?
