 Life sure changed since my Little Peanut's accident. Our once fast paced life came to a holt and it sure is taking some getting used to....The good part....we are spending lot of time in the kitchen playing with recipes, making delicious meals and coming up with new recipes.The weather is slowly turning and so are our taste buds & meals....time to move away from winter comfort dishes and start thinking Spring....sunshine....fresh produce....  Read more >

About Me: 

I am 40-something happily married to man of my dreams and mom of two awesome, smart and funny boys.

My older son is ubersmart Type 1 diabetic . The younger one is his brother's keeper, daddy's big helper and mama's right hand.

I love to cook and bake mostly free style. Some of it is edible and they lie to me about the the rest.

I love to travel and discover new places....trying all the restaurants along the way and writing about our experiences.

I woud love to read as much as I used to before children came along and really need to catch up on my scrapbooks.

I am organizational clean freak with touch of OCD (who am I kidding - it's full blown) and my guilty pleasure is organizing our closets and drawers.

I dislike hummus and babaganush as well as dishonesty and ignorance.
