Proud mama blogging about life as a superhero.  That's right - moms, parents - are just like superheroes! We are all different and we all have special powers.  Mine?  Juggling.  Full-time mom, full-time career, full-time wife, full-time daughter and sister and... it's a fun, crazy, life.  So glad to be living it!  My husband and I also run a very special chartiy project called Promising Growth.  Promising Growth tries to provide self-sustainability to a small village in Colombia by purchasing and importing their handmade handbags.  We pre-pay for all product, providing them months of living expenses.  With our last purchase we supported over 20 families for 6 months.  Once we sell existing inventory, we start the cycle again. 

In my spare time I also volunteer hours to help women-owned and minority-owned businesses with their online marketing.  Our goal is to get them online and actively participating in social media and content distribution to help grow their businesses.  Some of the sites we have helped launch are listed in my profile.
