I'm a wife and mother, kindergarten teacher, blogger, cookie baker and crafter. Here's a quick meander through my interests: Music: Most everything except for rap. Food: I'm inspired to try out new recipes this year, but Chinese, Thai, Mexican, and Italian dishes regularly find a spot on my dinner table. Education: I'm a teacher, despite this NCLB nonsense (thank goodness for the perspective of kindergartners!). Blogging: You can find me at Kindergarten's 3 R's. Humor: I'm usually silly, occasionally sarcastic. Crafts: I have my own Etsy shop, Michaele's Bitty Banners and Bunting (watch out, I have a glue gun!). Parenting: I have three children and one stepson. Our eldest starts college this year, our youngest is in pre-school... Home decor: I currently enjoy decorating seasonally... copper kitchen accents and the color RED. Shopping: Target, Dillards, local antique malls and someday, Gorsuch! Things that catch my eye: Of course ALL things sparkly and fun, Brighton purses, Bunnies by the Bay (pre-Hallmark, thank you), Vera Bradley table stuff, helpful and beautiful blogs and wonderful childrens' books.
