I heard the phrase "It's Not My Job" so many times when I worked outside of the home. It did not matter where I worked, there was always a time when someone was not a "team player" or did not go above and beyond their normal duties. My daughter is an over-thinker and it is evident from academic to personal issues. Last night she came down the stairs after her bath with a sad look on her face. When I asked her what was wrong, she began to cry "why does time have to go by so fast? One minute I'm entering the fifth grade and the next I'll be looking for a job.
