As The Not So Modern Housewife, I look for ways to utilize antiquated methods of living and cooking. I wash cloth diapers, make my own laundry soap, tend my garden and cook from scratch. If I had my way, we would raise and grow all of our own food from eggs, milk and beef to tomatoes, corn and radishes.

Getting Goats

After spending a year with our chickens and loving every minute of it, hubs and I have decided to expand our homestead horizon and venture into getting goats. Why goats?
