BARACK Obama's presidency will reach a milestone of historic proportions on November 16. No, it is not the mid-term congressional elections. It is the release by his book publisher of his new book. A children's book. I'm the Public Services Systems Librarian (aka webmaster) at the University of Washington.  Prior to that I was the Distance Education Librarian at Rutgers from July 2001 until October 2007.  I spent four years supporting distance education students in various positions at Vanderbilt University from 1995-1999.
