So, I have been working out since I decided to join the warrior dash. I wish I could report that I am doing better than I am, but I am really out of shape. It is funny that you don't realize just how out of shape you are until you start trying to get into shape. On my first go on a treadmill, I thought I was going to die. So far, I have been doing about 30 minutes on a treadmill every other day. It isn't getting me into warrior shape yet, but I am doing my best. I have also cut out a lot of bad food out of my diet.
