Who am I?

I made the decision to have the major organs that made me a girl removed.  I am BRCA 1 positive and took the responsible, safe measures to reduce my risk of getting ovarian cancer by 96%.  But, who am I now?  I certainly don't feel like a woman.  I look in the mirror as I take my hormone pills every morning and wonder who this new person is.  Because she sure as hell isn't the girl I knew.  She is technically not a woman (being bat mitzvah  Read more >
