While talking with another parent from our local elementary school, an interesting topic came up. At what age is it OK to drop off your child at a birthday party alone? How long should a parent accompany their child at a party? Does it matter if the party is at home or at an outside establishment? About Me:
I'm a mother of three kids, ages 10 and under, married to my wonderful husband of 14 years. I work part time outside the home. I homeschooled for four years, just recently sent them to school, where they are enjoying it. We live in the city, but have a garden, raise chickens and are trying to become more sufficient and community-minded in the way we live.
