Hi BlogHer people! I'm US-born, a 60-something mother of 6 (4 his; 2 mine) & grandmother of 8 (6 his; 2 mine) who is currently retired after living abroad for the past 15+ years while working for international organizations. I currently spend the preponderance of my time in Switzerland, but travel to the US to see friends and family there. I also lived abroad when I was much younger, first as a Peace Corps Volunteer, and then as a teacher in private schools abroad. Naturally, many of my interests deal with international issues/topics. On the other hand, I remain curious about everything.
