I live in Anchorage, AK with my husband of 5 years.  I enjoy being active outdoors, baking, reading, art, and dancing.  I have eaten a predominately vegetarian diet for 6 years, and I discovered I had wheat and gluten intolerances about a year and half ago.  I know blog about my adventures in gluten-free, vegan baking.
