I've been blogging and creating online since the early 1990s when Prodigy and CompuServe were all the dial-up rage. The world wide web was what kept me connected while in law school and it was the ability to create websites in the mid 1990s that kept me working on my creativity. I'm a lawyer who has partially escaped the world of billable hours by working from home and seeking a better work/life balance. I homeschool my now 8 year-old daughter.

Turning 40 was a pivotal point and got me back online after a several year stalker-imposed hiatus. I blog about finding ways to do those things we're putting off until 'someday'. In addition, my passion for the digital world intersects my love of the law and has allowed me to work with major corporations and entrepreneurs. Millions of people have seen my legal work, but few if any know it was me. That's the life of a lawyer sometimes. And I'm cool with that!

Now that I have been blogging in the 'new media' era, I want to share my love of the law and make it understandable and approachable to help boggers take their platform to the next level of professionalism and help ensure they are blogging within the bounds of the law and able to protect their content from others who may not.
