I write a gluten free food blog with international tendencies and gluten free lifestyle tips. I've been gluten free since the age of three (28 years ago, so er, yeah.) I have two kitties, Ra (not to be confused with Raw, although that has led to some interesting conversations) and Neko- who, yes, is a cat named Cat (in Japanese). When we want to be fancy we call him Maneki Neko, or good luck cat. We lived in Japan for 2 years so Japanese recipes and culture creeps into my blog sometimes.
