Too many questions not enough time

Questions questions,,,not enough time!!!  I am always jumping ahead of myself. Guess that is the problem with starting transformation - that we want to be at the end already and skip the middle.beginning. Change IS @#$ Hard

And so the old cliche - change is hard, one step forward, two steps back. That is pretty much how it feels to be IN the change cycle. I still don't get why it is such a challenge to keep moving forward. The change experts talk about creating the momentum, creating baby steps, getting support, creating alliances, creating sense of urgency, and on it goes.   I think though that is much more complicated than that OR it's much more simpler - not sure which one it is. Personal Change/ Transformation

March 14th 2010 - Day 0 I'm starting this Blog to capture some insights into the transformation process, journey. I am hoping that it supports and inspires everyone (including and especially myself) who is on a personal transformation journey.   My first insight is that today is daylight saving time...the beginning of another transformation - which just supports that we are ALWAYS changing and need to embrace it.   Like any change the first reaction is resistence.  Read more >
