Christina's passion for the kitchen started in high school when she would bake treats for her friends.  Twenty some years later, not much has changed.  She enjoys having dinner parties and catering friend's events so that she can feed the happy masses.

The transition to go vegan (from full carnivore) has been challenging.  But Christina loves to experiment and every now and then, comes up with a dish that fools all her carnivorous friends.

In her spare time, Christina knits and runs marathons.  Her goal is to beat Oprah's time.  Christina lives in Los Angeles with her two dogs, Mookie and Tokki, who happily eat up all the experiments gone wrong.
