How often have you seen or heard something that flies in the face of all you know to be ‘normal?’ What is ‘normal?’ This is a question I have become fascinated by throughout my travels around the globe. I'm even more fascinated by reactions of individuals to foreign ideals. What’s foreign to you? That's what my site explores. Through news items, stories, music, and your commentary, we travel together into the mind of the foreign Other, and watch layers of culture peel away to expose a visceral belief we all share…the belief that we are, in fact, the ‘normal’ ones.
