TheHootHubster : MyBlogHer Profile

I am a co-founder of a new Events Marketing/Media Website platform, HootHub, that helps connects people with exciting, local events that fit their lifestyle.  The motivation for creating HootHub was to provide a place where people, of all walks of life, can find out what's happening in their local community according to their interest and financial resources. It also is a platform for local businesses to reach out to people by sharing their events in that community. Our dream is to strengthen local communities as well as bring "happy times and fun-filled memories" in these trying times. We are hoping to launch off by summer of 2012. 

I decided that I would Blog my way through the creation of HootHub and what better way than to share my experience.  I am not a writer, per se, but am a fairly private person so I am a bit nervous and yet excited about stepping out of my shell.  Somewhere deep within my soul, I believe that I will receive all the Love and Support from the BlogHer Women.  Cross your fingers and here we go....
