5 Truths About Weight Loss

Truth #1: It's not as hard as it seems. Since February, I have lost 40 pounds. I still have more to go, but losing that weight has changed my life. Not in the ways I thought, though. I have become much more confident, not because I look so much better (which I do) but because I took on the hardest thing in my life, and found that it wasn't that hard at all.
