Bacon.Do you really need to know anything else?I have a strong love for all-foods-Italian, so when I saw this recipe on Food52, I knew I wanted to make it.And bacon, y'all.This turned out delicioso. I'm not sure if that's a real word, or if Rachel Ray made it up, but I'm appropriating it for my use in this post. I'm a huge fan of cooking shows (particularly cooking reality shows like Top Chef and Next Iron Chef -- I must admit, I was Team Falkner, but I'm fairly happy with Geoffrey Zakarian winning).
