Hi! I'm Kim Hopkins, the Food Allergy Coach and Founder of Food Sensitivity Resources. I am a licensed social worker and someone that "lives to eat" despite having multiple food issues. The rundown so far: Celiac Disease (gluten intolerance), sensitivity to sugar, peanuts, tree nuts, cherries, yeast, and fairly sensitive to rice.
