Hi, I’m Rosemary Jean-Louis – a.k.a the Sexy Geek. I’m a Web Content Manager/Editor by trade.
I’m the president/chief consultant and editor of  the Geek Treatment, my Web communications and content management company that creates Web sites from the “content” up. I collaborate with Teresa Clark of Dynasty Web Marketing to create sites you can update yourself.

My friends and colleagues call me a “Geek”  because I can’t live without my laptop and newly acquired iPhone, talk about Web sites and content all day, get excited over CMS’ (content management systems) and drool over gadgets and online apps. ( I’m also a sci-fantasy nerd, love vampire chick flicks and lit,  Star Wars and Trek and don’t get me started on comic books!)
 

I write the Sexy Geek Files Blog.  Here's what it's all about: 
We’re all geeks in our own way, though. And being a Geek is sexy! (Just ask, Tina Fey).
 

I started this personal/professional blog to:

• Share what I know about Web publishing and social media
• Comment on tech industry events and news
• Review a gadget or two
• Dish about geek entertainment
• and to just stay in touch.

I don’t know it all though, so feel free to share your knowledge with me too.

My Credentials:

In addition to running the Geek Treatment, I’m the Web Content Developer/Editor at Georgia Perimeter College and a source for Associated Content.
In a former life, I was an award winning entertainment/writer producer, contributing to CNN.com and CNN Headline News (now HLN) and have written for  AOL City Guides, Metromix Atlanta and Yahoo Music.
I still enjoy entertainment and pop culture and had been writing about it in my Out & About with R’Jae blog.

I’m a native New Yorker, but call Decatur, Ga my home.
