Velya Jancz-Urban has morphed through several career changes from high school teacher, stay-at-home mom, elementary Enrichment teacher, and most recently, hoodwinked and betrayed Brazilian dairy farm owner.  The Chica Peep movement ignited within her after she was 'put back together again' with the help of a group of female teacher friends.
