Memoirs of Three Year Olds.
By Papa is a Preacher on November 08, 2011
As the saying that millions of women like to quote goes, behind every great man there's always a great woman. But let me tell you something, behind every great woman... there is a little brother who is infinitely cooler.
That ladies and gentlemen, is my life story. My little brother happens to be almost seven years younger than me and can outshine me by light years. What? You don't believe me?
Check out a few "drawings" I found last night while going through some boxes in the closet.
This I drew while 3 years and 8 months old.
It's a mother in a boat, holding her little baby.
According to my mother, this was the first drawing I made that actually resembled something.
And this, is Victor's first drawing at the age of 3 years and 7 months. A car, with sirens.
Need I say more?
I'm glad mother keeps these little keepsakes. No matter how many times we've moved, and no matter how many times we are rightfully called pack rats, I still think it's great that we have these little treasures with us. What about you? Are you keeping little memoirs of today? It will never come again you know.
