Back to the grind this week. Hubby is no longer on vacation and this momma can finally make some decent dinners. Nothing out of the ordinary this week or weekend to fuss over. Just simple homemade dinners. Now it’s time to write it on my menu board in the kitchen.
Sunday- Pork chops, porogies and a salad
Monday- General Tso’s chicken and egg rolls
Tuesday- Breakfast for dinner- Bacon, eggs, hash browns
Wednesday- BLT’s with a tomato cucumber salad
Friday- Fresh tomato, basil and mozzarella pizza
Saturday- Crock pot dinner- not sure what one I will be doing yet. Have any ideas?
This weeks menu Planning Tip: Use your resources
What I mean by use your resources, is to open a cookbook, search for a new recipe online, ask a friend for a recipe. Be inspired by what you found. I recently found an awesome recipe for Zucchini brownies over at the Blog, The Gorsky Horse. I can still use a recipe for the crock pot on Saturday.
