Military Diet (Day Two - Down 1.8 lbs)

Breakfast I was devastated to see that no coffee was included for this breakfast. I think this is going to be the biggest challenge over all.  Here is what I had for breakfast:
1 Hard Boiled Egg (you can make any kind, but we had leftovers from Easter) 1 piece of whole wheat toast 1/2 banana
Well, here goes day 2!  After this morning's weigh in I am slightly encouraged to keep it up for another day. Total calories around: 158

11:10 a.m. No coffee is killing me. I am counting down the minutes to my crackers and cottage cheese and trying to avoid the wonderful smell of pizza wafting through the lunch room at work. We have lunch catered in every Wednesday and today is pizza day. Argh! I think they call this the military diet, not because the military uses it but it takes a strong will to see it through. I WILL MAKE IT!

1 cup of cottage cheese (It didn't specify what to get, I got 2% fat small curds) 1 Hard Boiled Egg - (minus the beard) 5 Saltine Crackers
I finished my lunch in 5 mins because I was pretty hungry. I did feel full afterward, but the smell of pizza was almost too much. I had to close the door to my office and put some headphones in to distract myself. 

3:03 p.m. When I would usually go in for my cup of coffee or afternoon snack, I have a small headache. I have avoided pizza and left over Easter candy, I am half way through. One more day!!!! I CAN DO IT.

Dinner 2 Hot Dogs (no bun, no ketchup)1/2 cup carrots1 cup broccoli(I left my carrots at work so I opted to have 1 1/2 cups of broccoli)I saved the 1/2 banana and ice cream for later tonight when I know I will be starving. I have a killer headache and my hubs wants to go out for Mexican and Margaritas. I planned this diet on the wrong days. But, I am staying true to it and shoving this hideous meal down in hopes of another weight loss tomorrow morning.

Snack 1/2 banana1/2 cup of vanilla ice creamI have a massive headache, not sure if it is from lack of caffeine or food. Hoping for another weight loss in the morning to encourage me to finish out the last day. This one was a toughie with temptations.Total calories for day 2 around 991I think I need to go to bed before I crash.
