Military Diet (Day3) Total Weight Loss 4lbs. in 3 Days

Weight: 148 (total weight loss 2lbs) 
Disappointed at the fraction of a pound loss today. After no coffee and a raging headache I am beginning to wonder, is it worth it. But, I haven't cheated and I actually look slimmer. My waist is smaller for sure. I think I can make it the last day. Although I am pushing breakfast back an hour or so so I am not crazy waiting for lunch again. 
Breakfast 1 Apple 1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese 5 Saltine Crackers
Calories: 202 I held off till 11:30 to eat breakfast, hoping to push back lunch as well. I have to admit I had some coffee, I can't handle another day with a caffeine headache.

This is just plain pathetic. I was so hungry I couldn't even wait to take a picture of it before I took a bite. Lol. I did wait until 4 p.m. to eat so I could feel fuller later in the night. 
1 piece of whole wheat toast 1 hard boiled egg
No headache today though. Although I did indulge in coffee. Caffeine free is not for me.

DinnerI didn't get a chance to take a picture of dinner last night but here is what it consists of:1 cup tuna1/2 banana1 cup of vanilla ice creamI didn't feel hungry by the evening. Maybe that is because pushed all my meals back a bit. So ready for the final weigh of 9:00 a.m. the day after I completed three grueling days on the military diet I weigh 146. For a total weight loss of 4 lbs. in three days.
Here's what I learned from this diet:
- While weight loss can be quick it is isn't healthy and it doesn't feel that great to reduce your calories to under 1,000 per day.
- It does feel good to be 4 lbs lighter and I don't want this hard work to be in vein so I need to make healthier food choices and limit my portions moving forward
.- The power of protein. These meals were pumped with protein leaving me feeling fuller longer.
That is definitely something I need to incorporate more of in the future. I am pretty proud of myself for sticking to the diet, with the exception of a few cups of coffee. No caffeine headache is worth skipping the java.
Words of advice. This is obviously a quick fix and I doubt the actual results will be sustainable, but it feels good to loose that muffin top and has given me the jump start I needed to start making healthier choices.If you try this diet, I would love to hear your results. Good Luck!
