Minty Chocolate Chip LEPRECHAUN Cookies!

If you love anything minty and chocolatey then you'll die over these cookies!

Ingredients:

 
1 pouch of Sugar Cookie Mix   
 
1/2 c butter, softened
1/2 tsp mint extract
7 drops green food coloring
1 egg
 
 
1 pkg Andes mints; chopped


1 c semisweet chocolate chips


Directions:

Mix cookie mix; butter, mint extract, green food coloring and egg in bowl.  
Add the Andes Mints and chocolate 
chips.
Stir until well combined.  
Use a Small Scoop to scoop your dough onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.  I put mine about an inch apart.  Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.  Let cool and enjoy!
