March 3rd is Girls' Day in Japan. It is a day to celebrate your little girls and wish them happiness and growth for the coming year. You can read more about it here and here. Kiddo has decided that he needs to write a list so the Easter Bunny knows what he wants in his Easter Basket. I have tried explaining that Easter is still 6 weeks away so there is plenty of time to think about it. I have told Kiddo the Easter Bunny does not take requests like Santa Claus. after accomplishing some chores, i decided to take coby out for a peaceful walk and meet jay and the boys at the nearby playground. within a few minutes, though, elijah and jonah came zooming from around the corner on their plasma cars. they were happily surprised to see me, and i to see them return so soon. but where were noah and jay?

The fact that I live in New England and don’t ski makes me kind of a freak.
Many years ago I tried skiing with my college roommate (who’s a great skier). She was so excited by my progress on the bunny slope that she convinced me to get on a chairlift. Big mistake. I flung myself off the lift and wiped out at the top of the hill. I shimmied to the side and stared, paralyzed, at the Valley of Death that lay before me.
I decided to learn about and begin blogging for a couple of reasons. I need to keep my brain challenged by learning new things.
