Monday Chat/Weekend Wrap-Up
By tasteful on November 19, 2012
It's a beautiful Monday. The sun is shining & it's not too cold out. Woke up to the beautiful sounds of rain, early this morning. Waking up to rain puts me in a good mood. I have no idea why, it just does. I'm hoping that the weather stays this way for the rest of the week. Although the downside of the milder weather is the bugs are crawling out of their hibernation spots.
You would think that since my Sunday shows are over with, that I would get to bed earlier. Nada. That would only make sense. But I'm glad I did stay up because I did get to see the season premiere of Sister Wives. On Sunday, 9 pm EST, on TLC for those interested. The show is fascinating to me. I wouldn't want to be in a polygamous marriage but if others are happy, what do I care. If they're not happy, or do not want it, that's a different story.
Anyway last night's episode was great. The only thing I didn't like was the pressure that Meri was being put under to let Robyn be a surrogate for her. I don't know but I'm sure that Meri is still trying to come to terms with her not being able to carry her own baby to term, like she did with her daughter. Or maybe she's not sure if she wants to start raising another kid, when her first is ready to go off to college. Who knows, I guess we'll find out in the upcoming episodes. Do any of you watch Sister Wives? What are your thoughts on the season premiere?
My sister bought a bird feeder, to help alleviate Kai the cat's Fall/Winter boredom. (Don't worry, she has toys & she has several play sessions a day. She's not neglected in the least bit.) We scattered some of the seeds underneath the feeder & in a few other spots. So far nothing but a few mangy squirrels. How dare they! Any suggestions to get the birds interested? Or do we just have to wait?
Till next time,
