Dear So and So...

Time Management

I don't pat myself on the back often, but I am confident in saying that I'm pretty darn good at time management and organization. Most of the time... okay, some of the time... really all of the time unless you throw a kink into my day, but kinks are thrown my way daily, who am I kidding? ...more

Tax Refunds

It has been quite some time since I have updated. Broken computer, dead computer, new computer, new job...yada, yada, yada. Suffice it to say, life happens. With the passage of time, I have updated my debts. My new debts, which are twice as high as the last time I posted, are not all bad news. For me that is venue and photographer. Our venue is a newly renovated hotel ballroom for the reception. It has a gorgeous garden area outside for the ceremony. I felt that if I could find a venue that was pretty on its own it would save me on additional decorating costs later. Generic maybe, but the price fit....more

Cash Flow Fantasies: Lessons from A Dreamer

The first gift I ever asked for as a little girl was a cash register. My dad found one for me, and I added up values for everything I could find. Paper, pencils, pots and pans, anything within reach.
