Monica Barnett is the author of a newly released style guidebook called "Without Saying A Word: The Silent Power of Style". In addition, she is the chief image curator behind her brand Blueprint for Style and runs a style blog for professional men and women under the same name.
She has been doing wardrobe styling and image consulting for over 11 years and has dedicated herself to this profession full-time for the last 6 years. In her time, she has appeared on television and in written media including Essence.com, The Washington Post, Racked.com, and WUSA-9 to name a few. When she is not working with individuals curate their outward appearance and businesses to create more style savvy staff, she is traveling and representing various brands across the country. Her work with major corporations like Time, Comcast and NBC Universal focuses on getting staff and employees to "show up with their A game" for work.
She's also part of Vogue's Influencer Network, a member of Lucky Magazine's Style Collective, and a personal shopper for Saks Fifth Avenue.
She believes that when you look good, you feel good, and when you feel good, people notice.
